Greenwood Avenue

We created an urban oasis with first floor living spaces that open to a private pool, spa and surrounding gardens – a bit of a challenge on a small urban 40′ x 120′ lot (4,800 square feet).

All second floor bedrooms have private baths and floor to ceiling glass walls that open to garden decks and the beautiful blue LA sky.

We designed, built and sold the residence in 18 months

The house was used as a case study for Cal Poly Architecture students.
