Red Mountain Cabin

Red Mountain Cabin

Located at 11,800 feet above sea level this alpine retreat is completely off the grid.

Built for back country recreation and accommodation the cabin complex consists of three separate buildings each with different functions and views.  The the west facing main cabin has gear storage, kitchen, dining, living and a mezzanine bunk loft, the north facing guest cabin has two bedrooms and a shared bath and the the south facing cabin contains the master bedroom suite.  Horizontal “mining shafts” connect the buildings and make the journey between fun.

This residence was featured in the  Mansion Section of the Wall Street Journal.
